Welcome to New Communist State Zealand - Government takeover of your human rights

Right now at this very point in time New Zealand is at a very dangerous cross-roads.

With a Socialist extreme alt-left Government in power and a weak opposition along with a flag-waving, virtue signalling, and politically impotent fourth estate our country and it’s citizen’s civil liberties and freedom are seriously under threat.

Almost two week’s ago Parliament voted through The Covid-19 Public Health Measures Act which will now go to a select committee for consideration however the contents of this legislation are far-reaching and anyone who views their home as a sanctuary and “safe-zone” should be very very worried.

Without going into the detail of the legislation (there are plenty of other sources you can get that information from) in a nutshell it allows for warrantless searches of your private property and is a massive overreach of power.

Two other factors which are often overlooked are the following:

  1. While the new legislation will go to a select committee for consideration don’t be at all surprised if it is passed into law.  Just like the terrible arms law which came into effect recently here in NZ the committee was “stacked” with MP’s who didn’t give it any consideration at all and simply voted how their party wanted them to vote.  The same is highly likely to happen here and with a “stacked” house you can bet your last dollar they will pass this legislation.  Democracy does not apply here in NZ, power belongs to those who have it and right now it sits with a bunch of hard-left wingers who want nothing more than to control and run your life.  Power does corrupt and we have one of the most corrupt governments in the world.
  2. The National Party will bang on about amending the legislation but in actual reality once the law has passed it is very difficult to wind it back.  It sets a precedence and also opens the door for further law that completely strips away your rights as a human being.  It is the old chestnut of “inch by inch” and the “slippery slope” being in play and under the current situation it is all happening very rapidly.

It is now no secret that our Government based their decision to lockdown our country on inaccurate statistical models and the absolute folly and stupidity to try and eliminate a flu-type virus highlights what happens when you have fools at the top making very poor decisions based on their worldview and ideology.  The notion that one PM and one medical doctor can have such wide and unfettered power should send a loud message to sound the alarm!

We at www.itsgonepolitical.com have not been impressed at all with Jacinda Ardern or Dr. Ashley Bloomfield and their so called “leadership”.

Basing your decisions on a worst case scenario along with shonky data highlights how unprofessional and inexperienced our medical profession can actually be.  Any sound, reasoned thinker quickly figures out how little the medical profession actually knows when it comes to medicine and they are not the all-knowing gods many people make them out to be.  They also should never have the power to dictate how you live your life, Covid-19 or no Covid-19.  They have assumed a lot and we all know what happens when you do that, most if anything will never come true and we now have a reality where the cure is worst than the disease.  Medical professionals like any other profession are there to offer advice, not tell you what you can and cannot do.

In fact, Dr Bloomfield has created a terrible situation where medical professionals across the country are going to be very concerned about how it all plays out from here.  We now have no natural immunity to the virus as a result of the lockdown and we would expect to see a large increase in health related issues such as depression, suicide, family violence, anxiety and stress along with the social impact of unemployment and economic collapse.

As a country we haven’t even seen the tip of the iceberg yet on how this is going to impact and this government is hell-bent on using the opportunity to impose their socialist world-view on our nation.  Just like our PM used the Christchurch tragedy to bring in the gun-control legislation, make no mistake she is using Covid-19 to take away your rights and freedoms.

You the individual, your community, business and society as a whole need to push back as hard as you can and make a stand against this tyranny.

Up to this point you have been manipulated through fear and it is a tactic which is commonly employed by politicians and activists.

As Professor Johan Giesecke, a chief scientist at the European Centre for Disease Control explains “what we’re seeing is a tsunami of a usually quite mild disease.  Most people who get it will never even notice they were infected.  98-99 percent of these people are probably unaware or uncertain of having had the infection; they either had symptoms that were severe, but not severe enough for them to go to a hospital and get tested, or no symptoms at all.”  He believes the overall fatality rate will be similar to influenza (which would be an order of 0.1 percent) and the ones who really need protecting are those who are elderly or have underlying conditions.

Had we followed his advice here in NZ we would not have gone into lockdown, business and the economy would have kept going rather nicely and the unnecessary and totally foolish spending of billions of dollars we can’t afford need not have happened.  Sadly in NZ we now know that the vast majority of our 21 deaths have come from rest homes and elderly with underlying conditions.  The government have failed those people and their families by not providing them with the highest level of protection they should have been provided with.

We, the people should be telling Government what to do, not the other way around and the antidote to fear is knowledge.  You do not need to be afraid, the information is now at your fingertips and you can quickly find out what is really going on.

As a nation we are at a crossroads and where we go from here will either usher us into a new communist state where you have no rights or freedoms and everything you do is dictated to by the State, or, we stand up to the Government and fight for our liberty by not accepting their ideology and dogma.  They don’t have the answers and we shouldn’t be looking to them for the answers.

If you don’t believe me then take a step back from the past eight weeks of lockdown and give your brain a chance for once.  Review the messages coming out of Wellington, currently your every step is being dictated to.  You can do this, but you can’t do that, right down to the fine detail like, wash your hands, stand 2metres apart, don’t have gatherings of more than 10 people, go to a restaurant but you can’t meet for church???  It is a mix of stupidity, control and sinister undertones all wrapped up into a big fuzzy warm blanket of absolute nonsense labelled under being kind and staying safe.

I clearly remember leaving kindergarten many years ago but right now it feels like I have been dumped (not by choice) back there and treated like a naughty little school boy by an overbearing, condescending and controlling mother who has no idea at all about real life, business, the economy, and actually working for a living.

Please understand that the Government has absolutely no right or mandate to do this and your future freedom is at stake.  If you lie down and take it like a sleepy lap-dog then you deserve to lose your freedom and liberty.

Make a positive decision and join the growing throng of individuals who see through the lies and deceit and are choosing to push back where possible in order to defend their basic human right to choice, freedom and personal liberty.

For a first-hand on the ground report of what it was like moments before lockdown read on for a personal account of our experience.

Eight weeks ago my family and I experienced first-hand the stupidity of our Government in declaring a lockdown, and, given only 48 hours to get home we saw the best and worst of human behaviour in action.  On our annual holiday in the South Island we in the main were blissfully unaware of Coronavirus and the growing “pandemic” fear status being created in our country, and, had it not been for a text from a good friend we probably would have been marooned there; not that it would have been all that bad a situation, however, what proceeded to unfold in the next 48 hours was both eye-opening and a fascinating insight into human behaviour as a result of some very bad decision-making by firstly our government and also the medical pin-up boy, Dr. Bloomfield.

Whilst reviewing our options on that fateful Monday Afternoon my parent’s who were holidaying with us at the time also, decided to make a run to catch the boat home whilst we decided to stay and see what happens.  I went to get some groceries and could not believe the scenes before me when I arrived at the supermarket, it was pure chaos with many shelves empty, numerous people with masks and gloves on and frowns, worried looks and fear gripping the masses.  I calmly walked through collecting my groceries and was somewhat bemused by the pandemic status which had quickly escalated.  It was every man or woman for themselves and seeing the meat and several other sections completely empty was both annoying and eye-opening.

Once back at our holiday spot we received a phone call from my parent’s late at night who had arrived at the ferry to be greeted by long queues, chaos and fear.  They were going to queue all night in their car (well into their seventies I might add) and hopefully get a confirmation that they could cross the strait the next day.  My wife and I couldn’t sleep that night and about midnight we decided to pack up and leave also.  Midnight to 4am was a blur in packing the bags and trailer and with five kids in tow you can begin to imagine what kind of a trip we were in for.

3 hours later we arrived at Picton and met our parents and joined the long line of Kiwi’s, foreigners and camper vans all waiting to get a crossing.  It was chilly and a bright typical Marlborough day yet the scene was volatile and not without some challenges.  People wanted social distancing in the line, others couldn’t care a less, and their was a very chirpy barista barking out the coffee orders all day making a noteworthy “killing” off the queues.  Frankly, we said good on him, it would probably be his last few days of operation anyway with the impending lockdown sure to torpedo his business.

Mid-morning the Police arrived and in 5 very short minutes we lost a lot of respect for these particular men in blue.  In short, their behaviour and attitude was disgraceful and very unhelpful as they tried to shut down the queues and get everyone to leave.  Common sense had completely gone out the window and it got ugly real fast.  The Police kept saying we had to clear the area and were a danger and at risk of being infected (we were nothing of the sort) to which the general reply was - “So where are we going to go then?”

Of course they had no answer and with many people having driven long distances to get to the ferry they were not about to turn around and be stranded.

In a polite but firm manner we basically told the Police to “shove off” and stop being a nuisance which as it now turns out was the absolute correct and lawful response.  Thank goodness we did too because if we had taken their advice we all would have spent the next eight weeks in lockdown who knows where.

We stayed in the queue all day watching logging trucks, foreigners and people of all ages get given priority on the sailings operating throughout the day.  It shocked me that Kiwi’s, the elderly, along with families with small children were not given any sort of priority.  Fear and hysteria I discovered causes bad decision making and the good old Kiwi know-how of “using your brain” was sadly missing.

Finally around 4pm we got confirmation that we would be on an extra sailing at 2am the next morning.  Exhausted and not a little frazzled we crashed at a relatives place and ordered pizza and a few winks of sleep.  At midnight we dragged everyone out of bed and hit the queues again at the ferry terminal, slowly edging closer and closer to boarding.  We were informed that the ferry was running late due to the chaos of the impending lockdown and proceeded to stay in our cars in the queue on a cold frosty night waiting 4 hours to board.  By yourself this would have been painful but with five young children it was your worst nightmare come true as a parent.  Tired and unsettled the kids were actually stellar in surviving the long wait and we finally boarded around 4:30am.  Two night’s of no sleep, navigating fear and hysteria all around us and seeing some people behave very badly was at times unnerving and staggering.

Late on Wednesday morning we arrived home and were it not for some very close friends looking after us with food and supplies our situation could have been a lot worse.

I have to say that looking back in hindsight it was one of the worst experiences of my life.  I was not worried or stressed during the whole process, having travelled extensively around NZ and overseas I have had my fair share of interesting journey’s, such as being ordered at gun point in Thailand to identify myself, being surrounded by gun-fire in a country in Asia at war and travelling internationally shortly after 9/11 when fear gripped America and the world and the border controls were very intimidating.

When one person’s decision to lockdown and the subsequent impact of that call is bought close to your home and the stark reality of the situation affects you directly only then do you realise how vulnerable and crazy the world can actually be.

I tell you that story to paint a very accurate picture of what it was like on the ground after that fateful decision to lockdown had been made.  Right from the very top we have been given an example of fear, stupid and non-sensical decision making and a very real demonstration of state power and control.

At no point to this day do I think the right decision was made in going into lockdown and the events and evidence that have unfolded since then certainly strengthen that belief.  I am in more danger of dying from the flu than Covid-19 and instigating a lockdown was the wrong call and I suspect one which will have long-term damage to our country.

“Furthermore, when citizens are all almost equal, it becomes difficult for them to defend their independence against the aggressions of power.  As none of them is strong enough to fight alone with advantage, the only guarantee of liberty is for everyone to combine forces.  But such a combination is not always in evidence”.
