Elitists, Celebrities, Universities, Leagues, MSM, and Middle Class Liberals - Why They Get it So Wrong

It must be somewhat vexing, perplexing and downright maddening to be in one of the categories above in today's world where despite their best efforts the general voting public doesn't always follow their lead and vote for the candidate this group of people so desperately want in power.  Perhaps in hindsight we should take the Celebrities category out of the list above because in principle they are really good for nothing apart from offering some form of entertainment to your screens each night, however, politics has always been associated with celebrity so for now we will leave that group in, if only for our own amusement simply because they frankly are a waste of space when it comes to matters political, and while this group are quick to jump on the bandwagon and offer their opinion to all and sundry, trust me they are not worth giving your time of day to.

There are always the exceptions to the rule mind you especially with the flakes in power currently in Canada, France and New Zealand to name a few where the ruling class have exerted their Liberal power and swayed the average voter, but particularly in the USA and Russia and to a lesser extent European powers such as Germany and Switzerland it would seem the "people" have got it right and challenged the ruling class who so desperately are clinging to the status quo.

So why do they (groups above) get it so wrong and misread the "heartbeat" or "state of the nation?"  It's a valid question and one I am sure they would love to know the answer to.  It really is very simple as to why but let's cover off a bit of fact in order to understand ours and the vast majority's perspective.

Something, which the above haven't even considered, especially when they are so far removed from everyday reality.

Case in Point #1 - Britain or in other words - The Poms.

17 .4 Million Brits voted for Brexit so they could leave the European Union

They had a turnout rate of 72% which is the biggest mandate given to Parliament since the early 1990's.  In Britain the Middle Class Liberals were absolutely shocked by this result and quite frankly failed to understand the following very salient facts:

  1. Fundamentally "the people" are sensible, traditional and not racist
  2. "The people" take pride in their work and are heartily sick and tired of being ignored by career politicians and left-wing extremists who have tied up the system through bureaucracy and over-bearing legislation which has stymied business, growth and wealth for the working class majority.
  3. The working class are fed up with ever-increasing taxation, loss of personal rights, loss of businesses and jobs through red and green tape and Big Brother Government taking control.
  4. Parliament has failed the people through politicians losing touch with the real world and endlessly championing and squabbling over the unimportant issues like Climate Change, Global Warming and how much increase in salary they should approve for themselves every year.
  5. Virtue Signalling which is another word for say a lot but do very little (Jacinda Ardern is a master at this) has infuriated the masses and authenticity is what they now value, not the fake stuff.

Case in Point #2 - USA or in other words - The Yanks.

Probably one of the biggest turnarounds in voting public history was when Donald Trump came from absolutely nowhere and despite all the odds crushed ole Hillary and won the race for the Presidency.  From a pure campaign and race viewpoint you do have to give it to Trump for winning, seriously... everybody in the above group wrote him off and didn't even give him a sporting chance, yet he proved them wrong, very wrong and I am sure his victory night would have been very very sweet.  We laughed very heartily when Hillary couldn't even turn up to her adoring, completely hood-winked fans after the election to acknowledge she had lost and thank them for all their work.  Shows her true character and also how much she believed the lie that she had the election in the bag.

One thing is for sure - America you are much better off for not having that criminal in office.

The fallout of course since that election has been both shocking and amusing to say the least and makes American politics so fascinating as the Liberal Left (Add the Democrats to the above list) so blindingly ignore the will of the people and do everything they can imagine to hinder Trump and his reign at the White House.  Mind you, in our opinion, he is doing a very good job and his popularity is as good as ever despite the opposition from above.

So how did he do it?  How did he get the average punter to vote for him?  What was his key to success?

  1. Make America Great Again - Resonated with "the people" - This gave Trump a massive connection to the voter.  In my years of experience in working with American's you quickly discovered how patriotic they are and also the overwhelming self-belief they have in themselves and their country.  Mind you they also tend to be the most arrogant and naive people I have worked with, however, in the main they are fine people and warm-hearted.  Trump for all his faults absolutely epitomises the "American Way" and clearly voters liked and respected him for it and by tapping into their psyche in a powerful way it paid off in spades.
  2. Trump showed up and asked for their vote and said I can see what is going on here and I'm going to make a difference, words they hadn't heard in a long time.  Name me one thing Obama did which made a real positive difference while he was in office?  For the record we can't think of anything.
  3. Drain the swamp, get people back into work, initiate and implement a tougher border policy, get the economy going, build a wall, boost the economy through a massive tax cut - all really good stuff which clearly your joe average voter out there resonated with.  Not only that but Trump is actually delivering on these promises, something very few politicians are able to do.
  4. His own personal success also played a big part in him winning, the people saw in him a guy who could actually get the job done and work in their best interests, not some career politician like Hillary who has not succeeded in anything outside of politics.
  5. His campaign against the MSM (which still continues) was also we believe a masterstroke.  You have to understand that the MSM does not have your best interests at heart, in fact it is the exact opposite and we believe the average working voter knows this and sees through most of the absolute garbage that constantly gets fed your way.  By declaring war on the MSM through calling them out on their fake news and lies, the people grew bolder and loved the fact that here was someone they could stand behind in taking on the establishment.

So there you have two really good examples of how the people have beaten the odds and had their say.

The Liberal Left gets it so wrong because they simply just don't understand what has happened in the working class domain.  They compartmentalise voters into white, dumb and stupid and heaven forbid if as the ruling class they don't get "their way".

The People are sick and tired of being ignored and the battle lines have now been clearly drawn.  Let's hope for all our sakes that "the people" continue to win.  Democracy may not be the perfect system (far from it) but it certainly is the best option we have when you consider the alternatives.

"I am in politics because of the conflict between good and evil, and I believe that in the end good will triumph."

"To be successful you have to be selfish, or else you never achieve.  And once you get to your highest level, then you have to be unselfish. Stay reachable.  Stay in touch.  Don't isolate."

"It's passionately interesting for me that the things that I learned in a small town, in a very modest home, are just the things that I believe have won the election."
